Spring Grove Events aims to offer the most transparent pricing to provide you with clarity as you plan your wedding day. Whether you are planning on a limited budget, or desire a luxury experience, we have an option for you. Choose from our venue rental or all-inclusive options.

Rent only the venue - you provide the rest! Choose the vendors you want and customize your experience to exactly the wedding day you desire.

All-Inclusive

Let us help you build your wedding day experience! Our coordinator will communicate with the vendors you choose and provide consulting on the layout of your day, all for one included price.

2026 Pricing - Venue Rental

*Music and bar closes down at 10:00 PM for all weddings

Two Day Rental

Friday weddings include the option to get the venue from 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Thursday, as well as a one-night stay in the house for the price of a Saturday wedding, $7,500. 

Sunday weddings include the option to add a one-night stay at the house for an additional $500.

This allows plenty of time for any pre-wedding preparations & rehearsal!

Included in All Weddings:
  • 14 hours of access to our climate-controlled wedding barn. 
  • Early access starting at 7 AM to our newly renovated bridal suite
  • Access to the groom's suite starting at 11:00 AM
  • Setup of tables and chairs for the ceremony & reception
  • Wooden cross-back chairs for reception and classic white ceremony chairs
  • Tables for up to 175 guests
  • Three farmhouse tables
  • Cocktail tables
  • Use of gas-powered fireplace in reception space
  • Trash removal
  • Large covered patio with lounge seating & bistro lighting
  • Custom bar on the patio for cocktail hour

Wedding Coordination

IN-HOUSE COORDINATION

The Grove Coordination Co.

The Grove Coordination Company provides in-house coordination for Spring Grove weddings, offering consistent planning support and professional wedding-day management for every Spring Grove couple.

Beginning with the 2027 wedding season, in-house coordination through The Grove Coordination Co. will be required for all Spring Grove weddings.

Our team has extensive experience at Spring Grove and understands the venue, policies, logistics, and flow of the wedding day. This familiarity allows us to provide clear communication and seamless coordination between you, your vendors, and the venue.

Services include planning support, timeline development, vendor communication, final logistics, rehearsal coordination, and wedding-day management.
Coordination packages begin at $1,500.

    Event Insurance
    • We want to make sure your wedding day is as stress-free as possible. To protect our couples and Spring Grove from any unexpected events, we do require a day-of-event insurance policy. The approximate cost for this is around $125. For more information on how to get covered click here.
