After you have toured our venue and selected a date, the next step would be to sign a contract and put down a $1,500 deposit.
Once this has been done the date is yours!
No. We want our couples to have the option to create a custom experience that fits within their budget.
However, we do require that any caterers and coordinators being used will be pre-approved by Spring Grove Events.
We realize this is the number one concern for anyone planning an outdoor wedding. Don’t worry, we have it covered! You can choose between the large covered patio at the wedding barn or moving it completely indoors at the wedding barn. Both options will keep you and your guests dry!
Yes, we provide enough tables and chairs to seat up to 175 guests. This includes wooden crossback chairs for the reception, and classic white fold-up chairs for the ceremony.
Yes! We make our farm available for all of our couples to schedule a photo shoot with the photographer of your choice.
We are animal lovers and would love for your pet to participate in your special day!
All pets will be required to be leashed at all times, and they are only permitted to attend the ceremony.
We allow for beer and wine to be served, as well as a signature cocktail.
All alcohol must be served to guests by an approved bartender.
No, a wedding day coordinator is not included. However, to ensure that your special day runs as smoothly as possible, we do require all of our couples to hire a day-of-coordinator that has been pre-approved by Spring Grove Events.
We allow real flame candles if it is a pillar candles or floating candles with a glass bottom and surrounding edges covering at least 2 inches above the open flame.
We do not allow real taper candles due to wax drips and fire hazards. However, if you desire the taper look, we allow battery-operated taper candles.
Yes! We allow sparklers to be used outdoors for the reception farewell. However, we do not permit the use of birdseed, rice, confetti, or glitter.
