What is the maximum guest count?

We have a 160 guest maximum including the bridal party.

How long will I have the venue for?

Our venue will be available between the hours of 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM. We recommend that all music and events be finished by 10:00 PM to allow time for cleanup and goodbyes.

Do I need to schedule a tour or just come by?

How do I reserve a date?

After you have toured our venue and selected a date, the next step would be to sign a contract and put down a $1,500 deposit. Once this has been done the date is yours!

Do you have exclusive vendors?

No. We want our couples to have the option to create a custom experience that fits within their budget. However, we do require that any caterer’s being used will be pre-approved by Spring Grove Events.

What happens if it rains?

We realize this is the number one concern for anyone planning an outdoor wedding. Don’t worry, we have it covered! You can choose between the large covered patio at the wedding barn or moving it completely indoors at the wedding barn. Both options will keep you and your guests dry!

Do you provide table and chairs?

Yes, we provide enough tables and chairs to seat up to 150 guests. This includes wooden crossback chairs for the reception, and classic white fold up chairs for the ceremony.

Can we take engagement photos at the farm?

Yes! We make our farm available for all of our couples to schedule a photo shoot with the photographer of your choice.

Do you allow pets?

We are animal lovers and would love for your pet to participate in your special day! All pets will be required to be leashed at all times, and they are only permitted to attend the ceremony.

What is your Alcohol Policy?

We allow for beer and wine to be served, however Spring Grove does have a strict no liquor policy. All alcohol must be served to guests by an approved bartender.

Do you provide a wedding day coordinator?

No, a wedding day coordinator is not included. However, to ensure that your special day runs as smoothly as possible, we do require all of our couples to hire a day-of-coordinator that has been pre-approved by Spring Grove Events.

Do you allow candles?

Yes! We do allow candles as long as they are kept in some form of glass casing.

Do you allow sparklers?

Yes! We allow sparklers to be used outdoors for the reception farewell. However, we do not permit the use of birdseed, rice, confetti, or glitter.
